Had a nice stay, it was spacious clean and has accommodating staff 7mins. walk to SLEC and 2mins. walk to US Embassy.. Got a little problem with the neighbors cause they’ve been making noises at night and dawn but was resolved by the mgmt.

Large room and 2 large beds that can accommodate comfortably 4pax. Conveniently located to almost everything.. Super attentive host, accommodating and very helpful caretaker. Answers queries right away.

No breakfast/food but a lot of restos and convenience store nearby.

Cleanliness , malapit sa lahat ng attractions. Super sulit

The apartment is spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect

The elevators in the building needs some attention

The owner is very responsive, he attended our needs during our stay.

Location is of paramount to all the activities i needed to do. Transport is accessible as it is very central. I felt secured and safe too but I enjoyed the peace and tranquillity of the place more. I felt at home and no worries about anything.. Staff are always available to assist if needed. I shall be booking again in the near future.

I have to be in the US embassy in the morning. Instead of traveling in the early hours of the morning, I booked a place here. The place is literally across the embassy. To cross though, I need to take a longer, not much, detour to use the Dolomite beach pedestrian overpass.

When they said there was a safe, there was, but they won't let me use it. Looks like it's broken. If it was just the battery, I would have happily pay for it. Carpet. If your floor is carpeted make sure you do the deodorizing as well. It's not that bad of a smell. It's just not fresh and the presence of an odor really annoys.
