Great location, easy shopping, close to the beach, and the landlord is very quick to answer questions.

We feel extremely comfortable on the property, and it is really accommodating. This is the place to stay if you're a celebrity looking for a safe and private environment:) Having an access card is necessary every time you use the elevator is ideal. No one can enter your room with such ease or pretend to know you. The property owner will assist you if you let them know a day in advance that you require a parking space. Due of the better security for your car or truck, I preferred the paid parking. Finally, and most importantly, the customer service is fantastic and you can get what you need!

In terms of the property, everything is excellent.

This is my second booking for them. The room is big, clean & all you need for cooking laundry are available. You can ask for extra foam bed, towel, linen for free. easy deal with the host. she is also accomadated and always responsive on your messages. They also have available snacks & drinks they selling. Area is near at the tourist spot, mall, restaurant & convient store.

The host was as responsive as he could be with the limited to no internet. It had a terrace and a bathtub. It also had a stocked Refrigerator with items to buy at reasonable prices.

it was very limited and cheaply furnished even the sofa was an Air mattress. It has a faulty electrical outlet at the kitchen area. the fryer and rice cooker could not work correctly. Even the coffee maker we brought with us wouldn’t work correctly. as far as having a kitchen the only thing you could make with the large thin pan supplied is something liquid based or the pan would burn. We ended up using an extension cord plugged in to a separate socket to get the coffee pot to work as well as any other appliance. The internet was the worst in experienced in 2 1/2 yrs being in the Philippines Sad this place has enormous potential but clearly the owner doesn’t want to spend any money on the condo. even the shower had no curtains and the bathtub no stopper. We had to ask for coffee cups. We transfer from a 37 E to this 29H compare the two would be like 4stars to 1 star and that’s because it presents itself as an absolutely basic room vs the Complete thought out condo on the other floor.
