Zenmist properties - Studio Unit

The stay is worth it for its affordable price. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. Even the ambiance of the place is great. I still can't believe their price is so cheap for its accessible location. Room is very clean and have a lot of blankets and towel. We enjoy using the TV as it has access to netflix, spotify, youtube and all.

Our room was different from what we booked. It was better tho but I think they should have informed Us beforehand so we can just be aware. I thought they give Us the wrong key to a more expensive room. This is not a big deal for Us but can be for others. (We booked a two bed studio room with kitchen but our room has three beds w/o kitchen. It was fine because it is more spacious and we don't even need the kitchen.) Not service related. The way to the building is very steep. If you don't have a car and not used to cardio activities, walking is very challenging.

We liked the ambience, the cleanliness and the attitude of the staff. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will return to zenmist properties again.

The TV was not working and we didn't like the design of the cups. Just minor items... can be ignored..

The location is very good as it is near in almost everything - Burnham park, bus stations, SM, public market and etc.

The place is not clean and some facilities are faulty. - Moldy CR blinds - Dirt and hairs in the sofa - Rotting wood slide doors - Leaking shower head
