I like the location, it's just 10 minutes walk to Burnham Park, 20 minutes away from Session Road and SM. You can also cook as kitchen and utensils are available. Staff are also accomodating and kind.

I liked that the place is close to everywhere. You can walk but we preferred taking a cab to take us in different destinations. Usually, cab rate is just 50-75pesos. I liked that they have a working fridge, fan, TV with Wifi, Rice cooker and hot water pitcher. Grab food is also available and there is 7/11 and restaurants near the accommodation that u can choose from

The door at the CR is a struggle. Hard to close and open. The CR also has small cockcroaches and few insects which is an issue for me. I wish they have a microwave oven and flat iron. The room isnt something I was expecting as shown in their advertisement. I was expecting 2 separate beds at same level, a good view, and lots of appliances. The soaps and shampoos looks like never been replaced.

The wifi connection is too bad.the road going to the place sa totally not good.the heater is not working well..it was far from the center..it was not near also the burnham park

The room isn't clean The smell of the room is like a roiten egg. We didn't attempt to use their utensils, and even their towels and blankets were dirty, and the cupboards were full of dust. The host is very rude when we ask for assistance. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing I like. In there page it says they are walking distance from burnhum Park and the Session Road, but its all a big lie The road going to the place is rocky road even the taxi driver is complaining

Staff were all very friendyl, room was comfortable and emenities excellent!
