They changed the unit that we booked. The receptionist said there was a conflict on their system. It was an old unit with lots of molds and damaged areas. Asked them to change the sheets and they did naman. It was sooo disappointing since I was looking forward on their unit since we’ve checked in with my family before. Yet the room we were assigned to was way more different than the pictures posted.

There were cockroaches under the kitchen sink, should have been cleaned properly. Fridge cannot be closed properly and ice started to form on the edge.

Nice place to stay near Burnham park and market

The Staffs we're nice and accommodating, they will remind you for things you need to know. The location is near to the establishments like coffee shop, restaurants, convenience store, landmarks and mall. I appreciate the elevator. The unit where we stayed is spacious for couples, has a lot of storage for shoes, clothes and luggage. It has kitchen appliances, hot shower, Netflix and Prime, dishware, utensils, and cooking pans.

I didn't know that it's steep and rocky road going up to the location, luckily, it's not raining during our stay, it might be also slippery. As for the unit, we sat down to the sofabed for about 5 mins, and we feel itchy, we just use one of the provided blankets from the bedroom to cover it, I also saw a small cockroach crawling in the middle of the sofabed. I tried to cook but I encountered a cockroach again crawling from the cabinet where the pans were placed, so we just decided to eat outside or order online every time we're hungry. I just washed some utensils, a plate and cups for coffee, and made sure that it's sterilize with hot water. There's one electricity outlet that we're burnt from the dining area, and there's only one outlet available on the sink, so you can only use one at a time from the appliances, there's no microwave btw. For the Bathroom, it's a bit small but it's enough for it's purpose, however the exhaust fan was very dusty, it triggered my allergic rhinitis, and there's a spider on the window. I also didn't expect that i will still be hearing the construction from the bedroom. I'm sorry if I do have a lot of dislikes, it's a vacation for us, supposedly it should be comfortable and it will give us the vibes to relax, but it was the other way around.
