The location of the place was great. I've stayed in eighty-one many times and I chose it because it is very close to everything, whatever you want is within walking distance.

The place was set up very nice, but the host needs to have the place fumigated, I saw and killed around 5 roaches. I always carry my lysol, so I sprayed them. It doesn't take much but a thorough cleaning is needed. The greeter didn't ensure that everything was turned on, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for the water to be turned on so I could shower. She should test everything before they leave.

Seamless check in though I just don’t like the fact that i have to sign papers and taking pictures its kinda violation of your personal data and so unnecessary for guests who just need to stay for a while while waiting for a flight home. Laws in the PH is overkill for regular people.
