Convenient location to T3. I wish the instructions to reach the property was clearer. I said 10 min walk from the airport terminal 3 via walkway. With good amenities nearby a good value, especially if you’re doing a stop over in Manila.

"They don’t let you use a credit card on site. You have to wash your towel."

Shiela was great. Room, view, kitchen, pool.

I couldn’t just rent a room after checking out. I had to wait for someone to come, and then they wouldn’t let me pay with a credit card. Also I had to wash my own towels.

"Bad check in, you don't get the room you booked."

We have been here twice (one night each). The first time we got a different room then we booked, because the airconditioning did not work. We got a nice room, it looked clean, the bed was perfect. I would have rated an 8, not a ten because the check in was bad. The second time we got a different room again. Nothing mentioned about the reason. This room was on a different floor, where we could smell all sigarettes. The room looked old, and the bed was old, bad, and we could feel all springs in the bed. The check in was terrible again. The guy who does the check in is not friendly, and again we waited for 15 or 20 minutes before someone could bring us to the room.

The swiming pool.

The general condition of the apartment and things. Everything looks fine until you try to use it. We had no hot water for 2 days. When they repaired it, they did it temporarily by taking the equipment to another apartment, meaning the problem was transferred. The window has no lock, the WiFi cuts out every 5 minutes.
