"BAD EXPERIENCE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE"

Accessibility

We were disappointed with the service we received from Moana, the contact person, during our visit to Portovita. We arrived around 3pm, as expected, but Moana was unreachable by phone despite multiple calls. Additionally, the access code she provided for the front door was incorrect. Inside the room, we encountered several issues. We found cockroaches and ants, and the sofa had an unpleasant odor. Upon checkout, we realized we had left a tumbler behind. Unfortunately, contacting Moana again proved difficult, and there was no attempt to inform us or verify our departure from the premises. Overall, we were dissatisfied with both the service and the condition of the room at Portovita.
