Portovita Towers

It’s in Cubao so we are def near almost everything. We had two bedrooms so it def fit all 5 of us, can even add 2-3 more persons. Price is okay, affordable given it is in Cubao. Free use of pool, we did not add anything at all.

The shower is just a little hard to use. We had a hard time getting the temperature we like, so we used the faucet instead. Also, parking fee is a little expensive, we paid 220 per day. But everything else is perfect.

The location.

The bathroom smelled awful especially the shower curtain. No extra tissue rolls nor garbage bags. The hot & cold water shower was not functioning accordingly. Unfortunately, they only have chiller.

Tv and internet connection

It looks like clean but there are a lot of small cockroaches and a big one. Host is not responsive or give time to orient me properly with keys etc, I need to ask guard for that and I hate that, it makes me unprepared. More rooms for improvement.

The hosts were very accommodating. We requested an early check-in due to a prior remote meeting commitment and we were assured that the unit would be cleaned as soon as possible to accommodate us. It's also one of the best units in terms of value around the area.

The unit is spacious and was able to accommodate our group of give but several items and/or appliances especially in the kitchen are not working e.g. toaster. Several small cockroaches were also found in some cabinets.

Pool great! Rooms decent.

Incorrect wifi listed at the entrance. Very frustrating. Dirty shower. Booking contact Mona very slow to respond and provide assistance. Not an effective communicator at all!
