Portovita Towers

POOL: We couldn't use the pool for its unwritten policy. The owner should state in the website their policy in the pool so that we can prepare or consider about it (e.g. not available on Sunday and Monday). The policy is so confusing and it's not accessible to the costumers. Please consider changing it. You are fooling people, taking their money and just lowering their expectations and excitement. CHECK IN: There is so much confusion because we don't know that Portovita Towers were own and managed by different people, plus the guard doesn't know much of it and the caretaker is hard to contact.

The place has a lot of neighboring establishment to dine in and shopping

Availability of the pool over the weekend if there are any special events should be cascaded from time to time with the guests as well

It’s very convenient because the malls and establishments are very near the property. It has an amazing view of the city and the place is really worth the stay.

I noticed it wasn’t cleaned well. Like the sheets are not freshly washed and some dust.
