There were roaches in the kitchen and bathroom

Convenient location to shops and transport

We did not have hot water during our stay and they said they will fix it but they didnt. Cooking and kitchen utensil are inadequate. The unit is very dark. It needs more lightings

I liked the apartment that we stayed overnight in, it smelled good everywhere, it was clean, and it had everything that my family and I needed.

What I didn't like was the reception part. We weren't received properly and the contact person of the apartment was not available onsite. The place did not have a Receptionist (I think because we went there on the 31st of December which was a holiday) and so one of the Security Guards was the one helping us contact the owner/contact person who, unfortunately, at first was not responding to our calls. Apparently, she did not inform the Reception about our booking. We got to Portovita around 2:40pm and we were able to cbeck-in at 3:40pm. There was a lot of stress because we were all tired from our trip and they were unapologetic except for this nice lady "Heidi" who offered to accompany us to thr apartment. That was an unpleasant experience at the Reception.

I love the location. Walking distance to the malls. The staff and security guards are nice and kind. Always ready to help. Also the pool is clean and always someone is watching and ready to assist. The massage salon Amirah is a plus. Great staff too.

Not that I didn't like, maybe a suggestion to upgrade the matrassses, it's hard. No exhaust when you cook, and not so much pans to use when cooking. Maybe the windows can be double glassed because of the noise from outside. Aside from that, it was good.

Good service and accomodating

It has good scenery of city, near malls, the place is good, staffs are nice, the place is very secured, and the landlord are very nice and entertained us well

Only the wifi signal is fast enough. Specially when we use for business and other stuff
