1. Fan remote control no battery 2. Room1-comforter has dirty mark 3. Room2- comforter has torn 4. Master bedroom- comforter was very thin 5. Master bedroom - 2 socket not functional 6. Bath towel- 1 has dirty yellowish mark, 1 has black dirty mark 7. Kitchen, near to water dispenser no light 8. From entrance to hall - abit dark, not enough lighting . 9. Host didn't check quality of the supplied . 10. After check in i have complaint all the above to host but was no reply.

MYLocation and view from the apartment. Spacious with 3 bedrooms, each room has 2 queen beds and can sleep 4 pax. Very ideal for a family. Easy check in process by collecting key from mailbox. Communication via WhatsApp and the person is responsive. Walkable to fast food joints, food court and restaurants and mall nearby.
Living area sparsely furnished...2 single beds were placed outside that double up as the "sofa". A deposit of RM150 is collected before check in and refunded after check out to ensure no damage to the property. Water dispenser was provided but barricaded...however, the person later confirmed that no issue to enter the barricaded area. WiFi wasn't working even after restarting the modem.

Bit old design and not enough parking for 3 families. The entance guard is quite responsible but not too friendly.
MYLocation is great, easy to find. Car park also good,its for 2 cars. Facilities available also great. Suitable for big family as advertised. Thank you for being a great host and hope we can stay there again.
