MYStrategic location
Our stay at this homestay was a very disappointing experience. From the start, we faced issue after issue with no real help from the property agent. First, the lift was extremely slow, which was inconvenient. The outdoor bathroom flooded inside because of poor water flow, making it messy and unsafe. Even though the house has three bathrooms, one was locked without any explanation, which was frustrating, especially for a group. The rooms were dusty, and the living room air conditioner leaked constantly, leaving the floor wet and slippery. When we contacted the agent, they promised a technician would come, but then told us the next day that the technician was “outstation.” We kept getting the same “sorry for the inconvenience” messages, but no action was taken to actually fix anything. Overall, we felt ignored and uncomfortable throughout our stay. This homestay is poorly maintained, with little effort from the property team to solve problems. We left feeling very let down and would not recommend staying here until serious improvements are made.
MYWalking across for food is not recommended with heavy traffic on main road and suitable for driving to nearby location for food.
House keeping should check properly due to sufficient timing for check in.Proper maintenance and cleanliness for utilities must be improved after check out for next occupants.
