1. No view and floors were sandy. 2. Nothing proper to sit on in the living room 3. Air Cond leaking and toilet tap shaking 4. Deposit very high RM150 and takes a few days to refund. No deposit no info on the property 5. Kettle was rusty so we could not boil water.

MYValue of money, good location
The blanket/comforter is too thin and insufficient. The window in the kitchen toilet is too large and no blind, allowing visibility from the outside. Most sliding doors cannot be locked properly, which is very dangerous for young children. The wait time for the elevator is too long; there are three elevators, but only two are operational.
