Conveniently located near the shipping centre where you can pretty much get everything you need. People of Puerto Princesa from our previous and current trips have always been very nice.

The smell of the rooms, from dead decomposing rat smell to sewer smell. We changed rooms which was lucky, no smell there, but as the ac kept working there still was a slight smell which was bearable. Bed covers and towels did not smell too good. The person Choy who assisted us was very good but the actual contact was not really responsive which made our stay stressful especially after I requested a refund as I could no longer stand the smell and my daughter who has asthma was struggling. I ended up getting Choy’s number to help us as he was the only one that assisted us. The place had everything you needed if you wanted to cook etc… couldn’t really use the first floor area as it had no ac. I would not stay here again.

The location is very accessible. It's less than 10 minutes away from the airport and a walking distance to SM

The stove was not working. The blankets are too thin

Located at town proper and near at almost everything, market, malls, airport, transportation is very accessible. The property is clean and well maintained, huge space for us 8 persons and can accomodate more. They have three rooms and we didnt use the 1 room two is enough for us. Everything in this apartment is very good.
