Location, easy access to the lacson street. 24hrs hours fastfood chain. 24hrs security guard. Comfort bed.

Check-in is 2pm and I was waiting for almost 45mins in the lobby to check-in, unfortunately the cleaning lady is not yet finished. Bathroom need to clean well. Apartment is 24cm only. Expect that everything is squeezed. A lot of mosquito in the lobby. Very dirty elevator.

Accessibility. Just within the city center. Ac is cold.

Used this room many times already but now there's no netflix.. has unopened, undisposed rubber like you're in a motel. Ac took so long to turn back on after quick power trip.
