Good little condo clean and well thought of for the costumer's need and everything was close by.

Clean unit. Simple and cozy. Bed is so comfy. View from the balcony is good, location is good (madaming kainan and walking distance from ayala mall). May gamit for cooking, provided din hand soap and dishwashing liquid. Has fridge and microwave. Guards are polite and assisted ok while checking in. There is a convenience store sa baba and across the street.

May ants for some reason sa dining table. Wish there was a fan sa combined dining and kitchen, and a full length mirror somewhere in the unit. Bring your own towels kasi mejo off putting ung amoy ng provided towels, amoy gamot. Bring your own toiletries because walang provided except for a body wash. Ingat sa shelving unit sa bedroom kasi ung isang shelf dun bumigay na pala, dont put things there. Would also be good if there was a soft lighting in the bedroom.

Not as expected, photos on booking.com were decieving no storage for clothes, broken shelf on cabinet, windows leaking when it rained. Aircon not cold enough
