Host was very kind to let us do early check in (nobody before us) and deposit our luggage after check out. There's washing machine and drying rack! Clean microwave and fridge! Air con and fan in living room and bedrooms. 2 toilets with showering facilities so no need to fight over the toilet. Location is good, walkable to the heart of Ipoh with all the good food and snack shops! Walkable to concubine lane and Ipoh parade but why do that when Grab is so affordable?

Some people might not like being so close to all the funeral parlours, but it didn't bother us cause it makes the place more peaceful. The apartment is rather old. The sofa is in a super bad state which deserves replacement. Doors especially the toilets' are kind of rotten at the side due to the dampness. While the place is rather clean, I think the toilet shower glass partition deserves a bit of cleaning too as the water stains are like layers over layers. For light sleepers, there's an ongoing tweaking sound that comes consistently from somewhere outside, so do bring your ear plugs.

The apartment was comfortable.

The place was a little run down with cracks in the master bedroom bathroom. Floor was quite dusty.

we were on the 13th floor, and had a great view of the city. Large apartment, good for three of us. Happy with the location, very central.

Beds were hard and uncomfortable.
