Very nice host, excellent location, outstanding facilities

This apartment within the condo complex was a decent size. Check in and check out was easy, the location is great and within walking distance to town and eateries around the area, with a local pasar malam down the street. Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be had downstairs if you don't want to go far. Travelling with a family we were very appreciative of the washing machine. If coming from Ipoh train station it's very close by.

The apartment was clean, though it could do with an airing out, smelt very musty, and both bathrooms are very old and tired looking with mould and scum. Made you feel very dirty when you're in there. The apartment only has the basics, so if you need more items you'll have to bring yourself, including toilet paper, which when only staying a few days, is very inconvenient to buy a 10 pack from supermarket. The aircon in one of the rooms wasn't working, meant the room was very warm, thank goodness for the ceiling fan. Would have liked some instructions on how to use the tv.

spacious , 2 toilets, washing machine. the room that I stayed has new aircon and was working well. very easy to walk to old town.

one of the bedroom aircon that my friend was staying was not working well and she has bites from bed bugs. common toilet will be fully wet once you take a shower.

No tuvimos contacto con el propietario (por eso no decimos nada del personal). Calidad -precio buena, cerca de un mercado nocturno muy animado y cerca del centro (por cierto, muy deteriorado). El apartamento bien y la piscina también. Camas cómodas.,

El baño tiene moho (mucho) por condensación de la humedad.

El apartamento superó mis expectativas. Era enorme, limpio, cómodo, con vistas a la piscina infinita. Tenía terraza, lavadora con detergente y tendedero. Tenía aire acondicionado y ventiladores. El mirador del edificio es increíble. La piscina tiene una temperatura perfecta. La ubicación es excelente: al lado del mercado nocturno y de la estación de autobuses. Tan sólo había que caminar un poco más para acudir al centro histórico: 7 minutos. Cerca hay 7Elevens y otras tiendas. Repetiría. El host muy amable, aunque me habría gustando una explicación más detallada pero siempre fue servicial y respondía rápido.

Lo que menos me gustó fue la falta de información para recoger las llaves. Estábamos muy perdidos y veníamos cansados de nuestro anterior destino. Se agradecerían unas fotos indicando las formas y más información para acceder al apartamento. Encontramos el edificio correcto y la forma de actuar gracias a una pareja de españoles a quienes les había pasado lo mismo: que no encontraban el edificio. Al menos, a ellos su anfitrión sí les había enviado fotos. Tampoco daban información sobre cómo acceder al apartamento. No nos funcionaba el ascensor y menos mal que apareción una familia que, amablemente, nos explicó que debíamos usar la tarjeta para marcar el piso al que deseábamos ir.
