Nothing at all

1st bila nak check in at Laguna 2, bilik kotor... Byk rambut atas lantai, cadar, bilik air. Seems that no housekeeping was done. They just change the bed sheet.!!!!! when we complain they change to bilik lain at Laguna 1... This room also terrible...bilik bersawang, towel busuk, bantal busuk, cadar pun kotor... Bath tab berdaki!!!!. Nak tidur pun rasa geli... But no choice badan dah penat, drive dari seremban, anak2 dah meragam... We have to accept it... Swimming pool laguna 1 sangat2 kotor, air berkeladak... Laguna 2 better tapi surrounding kotor Apartment memang nampak usang. Bila complaint no apolgie from them at all. Seriouls very bad service . Hope booking.com remove this resort from your list

Location

The air conditioner in the room very noisy. The light in front of the main door was not working. Very dark at day time. The light only switch on in the night time.
