Fridge broken…customer service dont fix

Big room.

No wifi

The apartment was big and spacious and the balcony overlooked the water. Decent Pool.

The property never messaged me check-in details leaving me and my family stuck in the rain until 6:30pm with no way to check into the property. Every other property we’ve stayed at sent an auto generated message through the app with the details for check in and this never happened. Once we did get into the room the entire bathroom had been sprayed down with water but not dried, I had to sacrifice one of our two towels (for a family of 3) to dry the bathroom. The apartment and property itself are in desperate need of fresh paint and some repairs. There is nothing around the hotel but we had a car so this was manageable. Overall I would say it was a good value for the money if we hadn’t had to wait hours for a response to be able to enter the unit.
