ONE OASIS a1 shortwalk SM MALL FREE POOL WIFI

While traveling for 9hours all the way to Davao City ,I just received a message from the hotel stating that they canceled my reservation. Seriously? (I booked my reservation a week before our trip to make sure we have a place to stay when we get there )I totally would’ve understand if they cancel my reservation a day before it. They told me i will get a full refund since it was their fault and I just have to wait for 24 hours for my refund but until now “NADA”NOTHING!!! Ended up soaking wet with my daughter and two luggages trying to find a place to stay for the night! Extremely disappointing!

I liked the size...the beds were ok...the kitchen was good...the leaving room was big.

I didn't like the bathroom, my youngest daughter complained, it stinks.

Poor as we had to find another property as we tried to cancel but loss of our money

They canceled our reservation an hour before check-in time. We booked 3 rooms and all were canceled.

The location is great,walking distance to the shopping mall and many attractions at davao city

I like the place,pool and playground, But the room is not that clean,they cancel my booking on the last minute,then they update again,cleanliness is not acceptable,there are broken things,chair,wardrobe ,curtain rods,dusty.

I likedcit was private and secure and the facilities were excellent wecenjoyed the pool and basketball court.

Dirty unfinished rooms and lack of knives, forks and spoons. Plus the shower didn't have hot water. The back outdoor area had noodles in the corner and put in the bins. The fittings like drawers were falling apart and not enough towels....i think the rooms have different owners so room quality can change. The cleaning was not good especially the mirrors and work tops.
