Had to buy cockroach killer and spray room would have been fine only for that was there 7.2 earthquake which cracked the floor tiles inside the door

Nothing we have to check out the next day . Nothing is working fan , tv and wifi. Aircon is so low . We didn’t find out our room number until 12pm on the day we supposed to check in and yet I booked it 3 months ahead . The place is dirty and unsafe to stay so we checked out the next day

As what I mention above nothing works and it’s broken furniture and so so dirty . The staff are so rude specially the manager . I have to ring and email sa many times to find out the condo number . Very disappointed it’s less than 1* rating . You should take this out of your listing because it will ruined your reputation .

Nothing the staff left us in the rain for an hour to then be told they had double booked and didn't have a room. My daughter was soaked and this is not the first time they have done this. Avoid at all costs.

The customer service the fact they made us wait in the rain. The unprofessional approach and the lack of empathy.
