condition bad, broken toilet window n in bedroom furniture wadrobe and side tables, I think d Duvet, comforter need to be change.

4th floor and no elevator. Furniture and fixtures are old and need a refresh.

There were no street lights in front of the apartment so it was very dark as we checked in at night - 10.30pm. Didn't expect it to be a walk up apartment as spouse has knee problem. Place need a new coat of paint and the apartment needs to be cleaned on and off even when it is not rented out as there was a very big spider and ants in the bathroom. The holder for the shower head is already loss and comes out from the wall. The 2 sticks of Nescafe provided were expired.
