Like the cleanliness, the fast internet and netflix, and the availability of a washing machine which helps a lot during my stay

There was no cloth line which i can hang my washed clothes, n since it is a walk up apartment n the unit being on the 4th floor, it was a bit tiresome to go back after a long work hours.

Only the Location

Property was poorly maintain

Its cheap & near to Resort World Kijal. You get the whole 1-bedroom appartment for yourself. Very near to Resort world if you wanted to enjoy the facilities & visit the private beach

1. 90% of the area is not occupied. There are still permanant resident occupying other unit in the appartment but due to the lack of people, the whole area is extremely quite. 2. No lift. Highest is level 5, we got level 4 unit. 3. Toilet flush doesnt work properly, need some tweaking to be able to refill the water tank & flush 4. Washing machine discharge is leaking, water doesnt flow out properly 5. Old appartment, i think from the 90s. Even though the owner try to keep the place clean. The furniture is old. 6. Electrical hazard. The hot shower heater unit "trip test" doesnt work during our stay. Owner should consider check or replacing it.
