Location is right at the beach, which makes it very easy to walk there. Theres a water themepark right inside the place, which is easy to access. The parkinglot is big and the security checks everytime to see who is entering the resort. View from the room is direct to waterpark which is lovely to see.

Resort is quite rundown, in passageways, lift, doorways etc. Unit was not cleaned well, there was brown pee all over the toilet when we reached, and we had to use our own supplies to clean it before using. Jacuzzi in the room was broken, but can be used as a normal tub; curtain is torn; furniture and walls paint is all damaged but usable. Chair is damaged so cant really sit on it. The key to the room is very hard to use have to push it in with a lot of force, which may not be possible for all people. Waterpark is not included in room fee and is charged separately if you want to use it, but you get 2 days for the price of 1 if you stay in the resort. Waterpark is not well maintained, run down, paint peeling, water not too clean. The slides and water fountains are not turned on for quite a while even after the official start time, maybe another hour or so at minimum.
