"We have to clean all of the room bathroom and toilet was dirty and sink was dirty. We were not advice there was no clean"

"Cockroaches are a big No!"

Location

Cockroaches in the room. Host asked to bring a photocopy of my identification. How the heck is a traveller going to bring a photocopy of their identification? That should be done onsite if it's something that's even required at all.

"Worth the money"

It has everything people need for staycation. Location is very accessible and still in the heart of the city. Really nice that it has 7/11, washing services , karinderya, etc for convenience. The check in process is very straight forward with clear instructions from the host.. The garbage room is very convenient kasi malapit lng sa room, host can actually add direction or location for the future guest po (it's beside room 1011)

Something I would like to recommend is yung blinds po pumapasok yung araw early in the morning hirap po mag sleep in. Tpos yung socket po ng heater sa shower room it's kinda open that possess hazard po.. This is beyond host control pero yung elevator light, some floor may light if you press them but yung 10th floor doesn't and it kinda confused us on the first day akala namin hindi cya nagstostop sa 10th floor.

"Unit was functional and comfortable."

Room's interior was great with a comfy bed and couch. Nice, spacious bathroom. Located on a high floor so relatively private!Location is walking distance to market and Arcenas Mall. Easy access to public transportation. Good wifi. It was also nice to have a washer!

There was a non functioning fridge that did not need to be in the room. Only 1 burner was working on the stove. It would also be great if there were provisions for hanging clothes.

"Horrible service, had to find other hotel"

Nothing, almost a scam, booking confimed but couldnt get into the room and had to find another hotel

When we arrived, we could not get a key or room, and had no help in reception. Had to call the number on our booking confirmation, but only got an arrogant person who just said "dont worry about, ill just cancel your booking so you can get refund". Still havent got it.
