Clean and quiet building easy access in and out

For me it would be nice to choose your flooring before booking I prefer lower level

Location and staff were things that we liked. Also the proximity of convenience stores on the ground floor as well as good daytime parking.

The hot shower did not work and the bathroom floor slightly got flooded during bath time due to some drainage problem.

-Good access to public transport (taxi and jeepney), 7/11 convenience store, eateries, Pan de Manila bakery, and 360 pharmacy. Attentive security guards. Pool, and gym easy to access. -The fridge with freezer works very well. Internet is sufficient for the stay. -Kitchenette has a single electical stove, basic cutleries, plates, bowls, mugs, small non- stick frying pan , and small non-stick casserole pan. -Owner is pleasant and attentive when phoned for inquiries.

I know owner lives far away but the person assigned to maintain the place need to do better. -Unwashed pillow inserts and some need replacement, smelly sink waste trap - Shower drain need a good clean (drain larvae are coming out). Shower drain and tiles need maintenance and a scrub. -Insufficient basic kitchenette for an accomodation. I can't find chopping board or knife. Basic cutleries are given such as spoon, fork and butter knife. -Kitchen cupboard and shelves need to be tidy. -Condo had low electrical standard in some areas. -shower head (low bldg standard). Electrical outlet is too near the shower head - electrical extension lead used for microwave and kitchen extraction fan are unsafe with below standard electrical wiring with exposed metal clamp. Pool owned by Casa Mira Condo is good, but steel overhead beams have nuts and bolts that are very loose from the wall.
