The size of the room

We don’t like that the motorbike have problems running

The room was very clean. Well decorated and supplied with all the things you need for daily living, but can't take with you when you travel. Comfortable bed. Quiet and efficient air conditioner. Literally steps away from the pool, which was kept very clean on a daily basis. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is situated in a rural area, which is quiet and peaceful. Great for relaxing. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it.

There were only 2 minor things that I would fix. The wireless internet was so slow, and the small couch was not very comfortable for relaxing and watching TV.

Despite seeing rave reviews here, I have to share my horrific stay experience! 9/30 was our first day staying in Visaya Pearl ，The room looked pretty good, but at around 10:00 in the evening, when my husband and I were getting ready to go to sleep, when my husband was closing the curtains, he found a huge gecko on the window. The length is definitely more than 20 centimeters and the width is about five centimeters. I have never seen such a big gecko before. Because we frightened him when we closed the curtains, he started to run around and finally stopped on the headboard of our bed. On the back, my husband looked at it with a flashlight and found that there was a second one, only slightly smaller than the first one, but also very large! At this time, we asked my husband to keep them (because I was afraid that I would not find them later) and I rushed to the counter to ask for help, but there was no one at the counter at this time, so I had to pick up my phone and ask Monika (landlord ?)through Booking’s contact information. Ask she helped find someone. On the other end of the phone, he not only asked me to go out to the dark and far entrance to find the guard, but he also asked us if we had not closed the doors and windows tightly, so that can put the responsibility aside first ! I told her that the doors and windows were always closed, and since we just moved in this afternoon, the two geckos must have been in the house for a long time. Then I asked she to call the security guard to come and help. He actually said that she didn't have any phone number to contact. At this point, my husband and I understood that we had to rely on ourselves. We found two brooms. My husband was responsible for driving the geckos out from the back of the headboard, and I was responsible for killing the geckos. It was an incredible and terrifying task !

The room was amazing and the facilities in the room. It was absolutely lovely and spotlessly clean. Jennifer was on hand to greet us on arrival and was kind enough to bring in aloe vera for my daughters sunburn.

Long way out of town - which was ok but had to walk up the road to get transport. No staff around. Only 2 sunbeds, one broken and one broken parasol. No bar facility. Basically you get a beautiful room and ok pool but that's it. We only stayed two night because of this.

The room was big and clean. It was a perfect stay for us. The staff is very accommodating too.
