A2J Luxury BGC Balcony Suite Near SM AURA Taguig

couldn't understand why there wasn't any cleaners service... The bath towels never been changed...Reported to the concierge, but nothing happened...I used the same towels for the duration of my stay... Disgusting!!!!

The television can not be used.No guide how to use it.No signal / service.Even local chanel

Location was the only good thing about this accommodation. The apartment is located within the Brittany Hotel, which is a first class and excellent hotel with rooftop bar, pool, bar and restaurant. Hotel staff and the mentioned facilities are excellent. Unfortunately the “A2J Luxury Apartment” business which manages the accommodation we stayed in falls way short of expectations.

The address on Booking.com and in emails provided lacks 1 crucial piece of detail. That is that the apartment is located in the Brittany Hotel building. Nowhere was this mentioned until our taxi had been driving around in circles looking for A2J Luxury Apartments ? After several calls to A2J “host” she mentioned this to our cab driver. When I complained to the owner by email he stated that his welcoming email had mentioned Dusit D2 building ?? This does not exist ? No apology Then: TV does not work. Washing machine does not work. Front door “sticks” badly and has to be forced open. Kettle boils constantly and does not shut off automatically- fire hazard. Cockroaches in cupboards. Cables and cords everywhere around tv ? Which doesn’t work anyway. No Information Book for new guests setting out Wifi code & password (written on a small piece of paper stuck on the wall next to tv) and other important information regarding washing machine, door key etc etc. And finally, I thought that given this was advertised as a “Luxury apartment “ there may have been a small welcoming complimentary supply of coffee/tea/ milk for new guests arriving from overseas!! Nothing.
