we really liked our stay shower and bed was great pool was amazing everyone we ran into was really nice

the only thing bad and disappointing was the tv set up could not get anything to change or work properly even after getting help not sure if battery was dead in remote or what even resetting everything still was not working and the 2 electrical outlets in the bathroom dont work

The location is good.

The key was not available at 5pm yet. They couldn't find it, they were confused about which the booked unit was. When my son - who stayed at the property - asked for the key at 5 pm using the delivery service that he had to pay, finally got it at 8 pm after numerous phone messages and calls that at the end, they did not bother to answer. A very stressful situation. Then, there was no drinking water. And the room was not even properly clean. Really disappointing for that price. I should get at least half of the price refund for all the hussle and the stress. For sure, we won't book at this property anymore in spite of the good location.
