We chose the condominium because of the very early flight the next morning and close distance to the airport. Very efficient check in, super equipped apartment with absolutely everything you can imagine.

It's tiny for 4 people, but completely covered our needs for such a short stay.

The property is close to the airport — however, when we got to Mactan Airport, I googled Zhamira Avior’s Condominium and it took us 1 1/2 to locate it but it’s not the place we booked. I had to phone the host and I checked my Inbox to see that we are being directed to a different address, and not Zhamira Condo — so we had to go back 1 1/2 hour to right location. We wasted 3 hours on the road and paid almost P1K for the 2 taxi’s. We just stayed in Cebu for one day and got there around 5pm and there was nowhere to go anymore as our flight to Camiguin is at 7am the following day. The condo looked really luxurious with all the amenities and location. There was a swimming pool too but was under maintenance when we were there so didn’t get a chance to swim. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room, the water pressure in the shower room was so low and heater wasn’t working. Took us forever to fill a pail. Positive feedbacks though — 3 mins drive to the airport, 5 mins walk to the mall and security was 24/7.

Don’t google “Zhamira Avior’s Condominium” when you look for the place, you will get lost like we did. Look for “Amani Grand Resort Residences”.

Internet hardly worked. 2 different phones The modem was bad Kick you off mid way. Sometimes not even connecting. Change modem

Clean, cozy, nice ambiance, nice facilities or ammenities.

No water on the common area of the toilet beside the gym and the water is slow and not enough water coming out during peak hours.
