Eton Baypark

I have stayed here many times and always enjoy the location, sunset views and facilities.

This is the first time that the air conditioner struggled to cool the apartment. I kept it running 24/7 but the room was still slightly too warm for my liking. In all of my previous stays in this apartment the air conditioner has been very good.

This is my home away from home; my first choice whenever I visit Manila. The location is great, the bay view is stunning, and the kitchen & washing machine make things cheaper and easier.

Get used to beggars on the street out front.

Check in took too long. Had to wait for someone to come to apartment Cockroaches all over apartment. Really made it hard to feel comfortable and stopped us from using kitchen at all. Even cockroach trap under sink covered in cockroaches. Apartment had horrible odour. Stained lounges and bedding. Plus booked for 5 adults only enough bedding and linen for 4 adults. One adult slept on couch cushions on floor and we got them to get a sheet for them. Shower only had freezing cold water. Told the host who just said OK and did nothing about. Room dirty. Dust on everything

Its location was good.

No internet, the bed was dirty and had been used before, so I had to wash it.

cockroaches everywhere, and there's a poop smell and we don't know where it is coming. we had a discomfort sleep, but the view is good.
