i checked out nov2 after realizing this property was not a hotel, the owner was advised and he said he would advise booking.com that i checked out nov2 2024,,,i did not get reinbursement for the 4 days i paid for.in advance,,,from booking .com

Waited 45 min for checking at 6 pm even though we had agree on 5 pm check in. Then was given a wrong unit of only one bedroom because the unit I had booked was still not cleaned! Host never answered chat and handled everything thru a third party employee who did not seem to care. Finally got the proper unit by 8 pm !!

My 2nd stay in this apartment. Perfect location for tourism, with a stunning sunset view overlooking Manila Bay. The caretaker and building security staff are all welcoming and helpful. The washing machine is ideal. The convenience store next door is also highly... convenient!
