The property feels old, the ac cant make the whole room cool, i suggest to add electric fan to help to circulate the air, the hair drier was broken it has a very loud sound that will scare you it sounds like it will blow fire to your hair, the corners of the toilet floor was really moldy, i think a good cleaning and changing of the old appliance is needed for the unit

It took 2 hrs before, were allowed to get the room.

The location is quite good, relatively close to Intramuros.

The apartment was infested with large and small cockroaches, even in bed! The room was not clean, furniture worn out and outdated. This is not a hotel with a reception. It is a condominium with guards downstairs who don't work for this airbnb and didn't know the owner. Initially they were not friendly. The checking procedure was uncomfortable. The guards helped by calling the telephone number. Then a person who did not identify himself came to bring me to the room. No drinking water or soap provided. The airco was very loud and old. The washing machine was not working. There were dead cockroaches in the fridge (not cleaned). Cockroaches in and on the toilet. A swimming pool and gym are mentioned, but according to people living there the small swimming pool is never cleaned, not used, and the small room with old dysfunctional gym equipment has no airco, and no-one ever uses it. The sheets were dirty with stains. Old pillow covers. The sofa very dirty with stains. Windows are dirty. The person who promised to come at 11am for the checkout never showed up and the owner just messaged me that I should leave the key in the mailbox. When asked to arrange an airport taxi for me, I heard nothing back, had to repeatedly message him, and eventually he told me the guards downstairs will assist me with that. Overall a very bad service and not recommended to stay here - or even list this on Booking.com.

Comfortable and nice place. We enjoy the staycation.

The unannounced maintenance in the pool. But very thankful to the owner and caretaker to let us extend our time for us to enjoy the swimming in day 2.

Close to my purpose of visit

The AC unit did not work well. It is kind of hot. But they gave us an electric fan. Which helps a bit.

It’s good location and convenient location

The check in was terrible. We waited 1.5hrs for the staff to arrive and we need to wait 20 more mins for the registration that they don’t even mention on booking. Also bring I.D for each person will stay because for security. Which is for me it’s all crap
