Cockroaches everywhere. Trying to get some sleep while roaches are roaming around in bed Molds on toilet tiles Very slow chekin even already advised of a late arrival but seems like everyone doesnt know someone is arriving.

Place had a great view. Comfortable beds and convenient location. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. I am also planning to book another stay. Luneta Park is walking distance. Parking is convenient for those who have vehicles.

Complimentary upgrade to a bigger room. Excellent view of Luneta Park and Manila Bay. US Embassy is just across the street. Decent Wi-Fi connection

Some lights do not work. Lots of cockroaches in the kitchen. Grease trap stinks. Aircon units are noisy

Aircon took best part of 14 hours to make an effect on a very hot room, no working kettle, no working remotely for cable box, quilt cover with holes and at their end of life for a guests, no single sheet, room so hot, who wants a quilt, no hangers in wardrobe, musty smell and wife said not clean. Left the apartment with two nights left out of a booked three nights
