Walking distance with both Ayala Centrio and SM CDO downtown. Clean and Comfortable. Little park for the kids next to the pool.

Nice and clean unit. Very comfortable beds. Perfect location. Everything we needed was walking distance. There is a 7-eleven next door. Centrio Ayala mall is couple minutes walk. SM is also close by. The guards and front desk staff were friendly and always willing to help and attend to our needs. The host was quick to respond to all our requests.

Shower glass door only covers half of the shower stall. There is no shower curtain. It’s difficult to shower without the bathroom floor getting wet. They provide a single door key. Can’t go out in separate groups. I had to go back to the room from the mall so my wife can get in. We stayed for 5 days. 4 rolls of toilet paper were provided. We ran out on the 3rd day. I had to buy more from 7 Eleven. No Netflix.

The air conditioning worked. There was a well-equipped kitchen with cooking utensils. The shopping mall was next door.

There was no shower door so water got out on the floor. There were no laundry facilities in the condo building so we had to take our laundry out to a local laundry. (Big hassle!) We assumed there would be a laundry room in the building. In remodeling the unit, they put shelves everywhere with sharp edges. I am nearly six feet tall, and I banged my head several times (with blood.) There are dangerous sharp edges all thru the apartment. (It is not made for anyone taller than 4 feet.) The bathroom is primitive with a round basin instead of a sink. The water is labelled not safe to drink.

The location being near the malls and easy accessibility to transportation. The property is clean, you feel safe as there are staff at the reception 24/7. I would recommend this to my friends

The room was big. Love how the host utilized the space. Lots of cabinets. Naa juy kabutngan tanan nimong gamit. Complete basic kitchen stuff. Wifi was fast. We realized we lost a charger after checkout and asked the host to check. She was super accommodating and even went to the property to help us. Thank you maam huhuhuhu Sorry sa abala.
