Flooded bathrooms when you take shower, dusty tv table, no washing machine, no microwave, dirty kitchen cabinets , walls has damaged, no proper info on WiFi details came to know late night been placed back of door , when I raised complaints , the agent argued by phone

Perfect room accommodation for a couple with 3 children. Ms. Riza, the in-charge assistant, was responsive and helpful. If you need something, she's just a message away. Furthermore, this place is in the heart of the city. The guards were polite, and the on-duty receptionist was accommodating and friendly.

everything was provided and we really had a comfortable stay

nothing..but may we suggest to have a rag near the front door and restroom or sponge mop to dry the floor after every shower ☺️

The room was actually very spacious for just me and my partner. The location was great as it was in the middle of the city. The property was very secured due to the 24hrs reception and the staff was very helpful.

partner didn't like the fact that there is no cleaning service everyday and also the extra fee to use the tower facilities.

Location is convenient for mall hopping if shopping is ones priority. Restaurants are everywhere in the vicinity.

The kitchen utensils, pots and pans need to be replaced. They've seen better days. The bathroom sink stopper/plug does not work. Kitchen under sink needs to be organized. It looks like previous renter's stuff were just left there.
