The unit was clean, the receptionist are accommodating, and its near to the center.

I just don't like the slope going to the place. Another thing, not that I don't like but more of a suggestion to put TV with netflix.

The location is good. Easy to commute.

The place is not well maintained. So dusty and a lot of molds on the ceiling and bathroom. My rhinitis was triggered upon entering the room. The wifi suddenly disconnected, and the phone signal is not that good, I can not use my data.

The owner is very nice. We’ve decides to extend for 5hrs. We’re lucky because there’s no booking and the owner allowed us. With an additional payment ofc. The location is good if you’re planning to enjoy in burnham and ofc the SPADE. The room can accomodate 6-7pax.

Location its ok transportation is quite hard

the couch has a smell needs to be clean and deordorized

Was not a breakfast location

The mattress in the master bedroom was a brick / hard / hard. Amazing we had no back issues I suffered shoulder pain when sleeping on my side

Pleasantly comfortable, cozy, and relaxing place. Good location. Very nice host, and condo staff are all friendly. Highly recommended. 😊

I hope they could fix the drain in the bathroom.
