Burnham Hill Condominium

I like the way when they told me that they're "sorry" because of our bad experience booking with them. Its very traumatic to tell you honestly. We were very very upset.

First, I didn't like the attitude of their guard, he don't know how to smile, he don't know how to greet guests, there's no proper training for him to be a nice guard because he really knows very well how to be a bad one. The way he looked everytime we crossed paths is that we were like criminals, he has a very bad attitude. Second, the flash of their toilet is not working. Third, after I reported that the flash of their toilet is not working, their janitor opened our room without knocking first and almost see me naked after taking a bath. There's a lack of coordination among them that's why it happened. That gave us a trauma for three (3) days and two (2) nights staying there because its the first time we've experienced that kind of incident. It really took away our peace of mind for the entire duration of our stay because I don't know how may duplicate keys they have aside from the two (2) that they've provided. Our expectations are very very far from reality. 1/10 is my over all rating for them.

The owner has really tried to make this a nice condo and has used the small space well and supplies plenty of plates and cutlery etc but there is damp in the whole building and you can see some black mold coming out in places. The owner has tried to cover the smell of damp with air freshners but works until the different smells give you a headache and you have to put them outside and then you end up with the smell of damp. Because of damp nothing dries in the room either. Would be a great place to stay if not for the damp as not too far from town and Burnham park.

I had a fantastic stay. The host was super nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with amenities. The comfortable bed and cozy living area made it an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

The location and the PRICE it was a value for money. there was also parking available on the property, very close to the center so if you want to walk, you can, its just a little uphill going to the property.

Although outside of the control of the property, there was just a lot of construction going on around, so it was a little disturbing.

Affordable. Complete utilities. Hot shower. Refrigerator.

Sofa is dusty and itchy. Walls are also dusty.

Fast confirmation. We needed a place to stay within the hour and it was confirmed immediately.
