Ms. Ayesha is the true face of hospitality, greeting every guest with a warm, genuine smile that makes them feel instantly at home.

My stay at Centaurus started off a bit rough, and a few issues initially left me disappointed. However, I want to specifically highlight Ayesha from guest relations, Who completely turned the experience around. She handled the situation with professionalism and genuine care, and made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Her attitude and effort made a noticeable difference and truly reflected what good hospitality at Centaurus should look like. While there is room for improvement overall, Ayesha’s service truly deserves recognition and appreciation. I would also like to thank all the security detail for being extremely professional and keeping us all secure. I will definitely be staying at Centaurus again.

During my stay at Centaurus, I was amazed at the hotel's management. I especially want to thank Ms. Ayesha and Mr. Faheem for making the daily operations smooth. Mr. Amir Khwaja the General Manager has great skills to offer his guests the best services in all the areas. Morning breakfast was delicious, the breakfast area was clean and the service was quick. The waiters Mr. Zakir, Abu Bakar were always there to make sure that all the guests are taken care of. Overall, the stay was expensive but quite comfortable!
