Staff is exceptionally cordial

Highly recommended for people who look for a convenient place for access to shopping mall, all type food courts, access and very friendly professional staff

The staff are friendly and do their best to ensure guests are happy. Imran, the Operations Manager, was outstanding as took personal ownership to ensure any requests raised were addressed. He even went and bought batteries for the clock in the apartment as the maintenance team did not address. The hotel location is brilliant as it is easy access to Centaurus Mall and very central so nothing is too far away. Centaurus Hotel Suites has agreement with Movenpick for breakfast which is was a pleasant surprise.

The security team for the mall and Movenpick were not great at helping get to the cark park. It is important to ensure that Centaurus Hotel Suites team register the car and that way can enter via the Movenpick entrance (which is the only entrance).

Location, spacious

Microwave not working, most of the three pin sockets not working, bathroom doors base was loose and hurting the feet, poor furniture with all sofas foam were damaged

Sabir Khan truly went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. He was attentive, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. His dedication and warm attitude made a real difference to my experience at the hotel. Highly appreciated and highly recommended.

Apartment was spacious and clean bedrooms. Bathroom needs little updating but was ok. Staff were very nice especially Ayesha and sara. Breakfast was excellent at movenpick , their partner hotel. Overall it was a lovely stay !

The location. It’s located next to Centaurus mall & other major landmarks such as Faisal mosque.

The apartment is not well maintained. The day we checked out. We started facing problems such as bath tub problem, water drainage problem, etc. although they fixed it upon request, but every time we have to call the service desk for every problem.

Everything... the location was great! Breakfast options for everyone and the quality was excellent! Sarah at reception was excellent and helped us with everything. All staff were smiling, happy, courteous. The room sizes and suites were above average

One the first night, next door was quite loud... but Sarah moved us the next day to non residential block. It was alot quieter.

Breakfast was excellent as it was in the new Movenpick hotel which is next door. The location is very difficult to find as there is no signage for the property and I had to constantly get directions on the phone.
