Quality of accommodation Bell boy service Attention to detail

The scam operation at check out where this guy constantly tries to extract money from key card deposit. He has done done this on both of my previous visits. I have reported the person who threatened to spoil an excellent stay.

"Definitely won’t be going back"

The location is great. Service was absolutely terrible. The stuff at the check-in desk was not very welcoming kept telling me they can’t find the booking

It was very dirty and hygienic and clean. Read the need to sort the stuff out.
