DELBROOK POINT COZY-STUDIO

Very small bathroom with only half size basin, no iron, bed was extremely hard, cockroaches on the bench.

It was quiet.

The ants and baby cockroachs even though there was no food on the bench. I have photos but can't seem to upload them.

Comfy bed, good sized room, loved the heat pump just opposite the bed, had it on low and cool so on a hot night it was wonderful!

Quiet and had everything I needed. It looked reasonably clean and I thought it was priced fairly. It was cheaper than others I looked at, which I felt was fair since it was reasonably neat, but not luxurious. Perfectly adequate for somewhere to sleep.

The pillows were very stained inside the pillowcases - there were no protectors. I'd just bring my own next time.

Shower pressure was about really the only good thing except no extraction fan apartment is ok nothing special

The place smelt like cat pee when walked in front door and felt damp and musty the decor was quite out of date the bed wow extremely hard standard tv no extra Channels heat pump was budget and kept turning on NOW the place was riddled with tiny bugs similar to cockroaches and bigger coming out from behind the bed and under the sink and in draws under the sink stunk of old rotting fruit or leaks and the tiny fridge supplied was so noisy and smelt like it had never been cleaned and really old and the toilet was the loudest flush I've ever heard I don't know if was owner up stairs but both nights could hear stomp all over the roof and all day and all night neighbors singing top of there lungs obviously a party which was annoying as it dragged on we don't recommend for price definitely not worth what they ask maybe only half needs a definitely make over and pet control done the dishes and cutlery were covered in some sort of dust very yuck didn't want to eat off had takeaways

I booked 2 nights but was told only 1 night was booked however I did get refunded

It wasn't the cleanest - especially the bathroom. Bathroom hand basin very small and nowhere to put toiletries.
