location very good and being greeted by host was nice

an extractor fan in the ensuite would be a great idea as even with the window open it really wasnt enough to clear the moisture from the room

"An absolute Hoax, we could not find any evidence of Delbrook Point Sudio at 85 Fifth Ave, Hamilton, New Zealand."

Nothing at all

We found the property, supposedly at 85 Fifth Avenue in Hamilton, NZ impossible to locate. There were no street-side signs on Fifth Ave advertising Delbrook Point Studio. There were long narrow driveways packed with parked cars, with no indication that they may lead to Delbrook Point Studio. We drove up and down Fifth Ave for almost one hour searching for a sign of some sort. People we asked had never heard of Delbrook Point. The lack of quality of the houses in this area was such that my partner and I were not confident driving into such strange unmarked places. In fact we concluded that it was all a hoax and that there was no such place as Delbrook Point Studios at 85 Fifth Avenue in Hamilton City New Zealand. We would very much like Booking .com to investigate. We were forced to find accommodation elsewhere at short notice, forfeiting the fee of $134 which we believe was fraudulently obtained by the proprietors of so called Delbrook Point Studio…….If Delbrook Point Studio is legitimate, why wasn’t Booking.com notified that we did not occupy Studio 2a on the night of the 1st June 2024 ? Why have we been sent this questionnaire when we didn’t stay at Delbrook Point Studio that night ?

"Such a nice,clean & tidy little place that was enough for me and my little family."

Such a great & clean little place! Love that it was so close to where we needed to be for that weekend. Love the host very friendly 😊 beds were very comfortable and warm! We travelled with our daughter and there was a fold out couch that she was able to have to herself. & overall just a nice little place and very cheap!
