Nice studio apartment in a peaceful area. Less than 15 min walk into town.

Earlier entry instructions. E-mail with instructions didn't come through until the day of arrival. As only just landed in Queenstown, hadn't yet had chance to sort out internet connection so had no access to info. It was only when a neighbouring apartment mentioned the late message that we had to get internet sorted before we could enter apartment.

The bed was comfortable

The sink in bathroom had no plug. Piped leaked over floor everytime i used it. I told you about it and you did arrange a plumber asap. I then had a plumber turning up and disrupting my plans. Not impressed, wont be back. Also the name on boooking.com is completely different than what are on the rooms which made it confusing. The parking was a joke as well. I hope you have deposited my $300 bond back.
