I liked the location.

It was a bit smaller than we expected. No fault of the owner but roof renovations next door were very disturbing in the morning.

Comfy stay and great facilities, well equipped kitchen and easy to use washing machine with a clothesline to dry our clothes. Excellent location, a walk away from the bay and local shops. We did a Bay of Islands tour and it was nice that we could walk to the pier meeting point instead of driving. Wonderful place and would definitely stay there again!

It was a nice private location. The apartment was very well equipped and very comfortable. The hosts kept in touch and provided excellent instructions regarding the location and access to the apartment.

The stairs, we are not as young as we once were, but not a problem.

Very peaceful and so clean and even some comments on a small whiteboard by the owners welcoming us made us feel so welcome

Comfortable and clean, everything required for our stay and within walking distance of Paihia front. Hearing the forest sounds was wonderful.
