Very nice, peaceful apartment with a great view across the trees at the front balcony. Very good value for money.

Quite a long, steep driveway, fine if you have a car though.

great size for two and very private. clean and well laid out.

steep driveway and that the natural ring round turn around was blocked off so there was a bit of manoeuvrings to park

The location was quiet and away from the busy part of town. Situated in a woody area was both relaxing and invigorating. Unit 14 was great with extras, like the washing machine and sound bar. I loved the added Hokianga wall hanging and booklet - I come from South Hokianga!

There was no sea view as the new name suggests. The online booking needs a major upgrade with photos of the outside and inside of unit 14 and update of the property name. Maybe the steep steps need mentioning for older people??

The serene surrounds, being 'in the bush' hearing the Tui and Morepork, yet being so close to town and the beach. It was like a home away from home. Wifi and aircon were an added bonus! Plenty of extra bedding and towels, and a decent sized fridge/freezer.

There isn't a microwave or oven trays, which was a bit unexpected but still managed fine without 😉

Great location, quiet, tidy and all the amenities you could need plus more, even a lovely message left for us on arrival, plus a detailed info pack. Really enjoyed our stay here and if we ever return to Paihia (which is highly likely) we would choose to stay again. Thanks for a great few days

Location handy to central Paihia Nice touch with juice, milk, fruit and chocolates provided!
