Rose Apartments Unit 6 Central Rotorua-Accommodation & Spa

Perfect little holiday cottage, walking distance from Rotorua centre. Nice clean hot tub Kitchen was full with everything needed to cook, and whole place was spotless

Loved the location (close to a big park and lots of good places to eat) and that there was so much parking around. The flat was clean, nicely decorated and so comfortable.

we arrived with keycode provided and checked in to the room smoothly, all things are clearly written instruction with ease to use, rooms look exactly as photos, location was easy to find, with parking space at the back, which is in front of unit 6, cheaper to book here than their official website

need to show more clarity in the differences between each of unit such as provide layout of the entire apartments so we can choose which unit is more convenient. If you want to have easier parking access to main road, go for unit 1 and unit 2. Unit 3 is in middle, at the back are unit 5 and 6 with narrow driveway so could be difficult for bigger vehicle, then unit 4 is on other side of entrance. At the back has spa pool jacuzzi, but full of mosquitos (we stayed in April month) so be careful especially at night, dont leave the outside light ON, it will attract all of mozzie. Tried to upload the layout for reference but doesnt appear on review. Hope the description is understandable for now.
