Excellent and quiet little apartment that is so close to the city. The layout is great and having a washing machine was well appreciated

Floor needs cleaning . Cockroach infestation. Fans need cleaning and food under all beds etc

"Comfortable, quiet and clean."

What a great place to stay. The apartment was clean, comfy and warm (it was the coldest night of the year so far). Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The car parks were around the back and couldn't be seen from the road, so it was safe to park the motorbike. And extra parking available on the road. Rose apartments are an easy drive into the city centre or a flat 15 minute walk. We'd definitely stay here again.
